Agreement to Terms

By commencing or continuing your classes at Sabél Studios, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

 

Weekly Memberships

Credits are specific to your chosen membership and cannot be transferred between plans. Discounts may apply based on studio promotions or management discretion.

Membership payments are automatically deducted on the day you sign up and cover the upcoming week’s fees.

If you are unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, one-week written notice via email is required to request a hold on payments. Holds are limited to a maximum of 3 months per year.

Membership cancellations require two weeks’ written notice via email. If you cancel a discounted membership, re-joining will be at the current pricing.

 

Pricing Policy

All prices are quoted in AUD and include GST.

Payments are processed in AUD.

Membership plans undergo an annual price review in July, aligned with the Consumer Price Index (CPI). Price changes will be rounded to the nearest dollar. While we review prices annually, we will only implement increases if necessary.

Ensure sufficient funds for payments. If auto-debit fails, you may incur additional bank fees.

 

Late Cancellation / No-Show Policy

To ensure fair access to classes:

Late cancellations (< 8 hours before class) – $8 fee.

No-shows – $8 fee.

If you are unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, one-week written notice via email is required to request a hold on payments. Holds are limited to a maximum of 3 months per year and carry a $5 per week holding fee. 

 

Refund Policy

All purchases are final – no refunds or transfers.

Under Australian Consumer Law, change of mind does not qualify for a refund.

 

Safety & Risk Acknowledgment

Sabél Studios is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings.

Classes are physically demanding – inform instructors of pre-existing injuries or pregnancy before attending.

Seek medical advice before starting any exercise program.

Sabél Studios is not liable for injury, except in cases of reckless conduct.

Instructors may use tactile cueing and physical contact for safety.

Arrive at least 5 minutes early; late arrivals may be turned away.

Grip socks are required for all classes (available for purchase at the studio).

Pregnant clients must provide written medical clearance before attending.

Wipe down machines and accessories after use.

 

Courtesy & Respect

All clients will be treated with courtesy, fairness, and respect, and we expect the same in return.

Threatening, abusive, or unreasonable behaviour toward staff will not be tolerated.

Unacceptable & Unreasonable Behaviour

We expect a respectful and courteous environment. Unacceptable behaviour includes:

Threats or physical harm

Offensive, degrading, or intimidating remarks

Unsubstantiated serious allegations

Excessive or unrealistic demands on staff time

If behaviour is deemed unacceptable, we may:

Limit or end communication

Restrict all contact

Require a third-party advocate for future communication

Suspend contact

Report incidents to authorities

Terminate membership

 

Media Release

I consent to Sabél Studios and its Partners using photos, videos, and recordings for promotional purposes.

If I do not wish to be included, I will inform Sabél Studios.

 

Membership Changes

We may update our membership offerings. Any changes will be communicated in advance, and you will have the option to cancel if you do not agree.
